"Shipping was fine, just a little slow"
I ordered from Pinklaura and everything showed up in good condition, so no complaints there. The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t update very quickly either. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not super fast. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry. In the end, I felt relieved that everything arrived safely, but a bit impatient waiting for it

"Still not worth the price"
Here we go again — I wanted to give it another chance, but it’s just too costly for what it is. i’m tired of running into the same issue with the price not feeling worth it.

"Return was okay, refund took a bit"
I ordered a dress from pinklaura.com and it just didn’t fit right. Cute dress, wrong fit. The return info was on the site, but it wasn’t super clear to me, so I ended up emailing them once to make sure I was doing it right.
The refund did come through eventually, but it took about 2 weeks. Longer than I was hoping. Not a horrible experience, just kind of slow. I’d maybe order again, but only if I felt really sure about the sizing.

"Customer service was a bit hit or miss"
I had kind of mixed feelings about the customer service. I had to message them twice before I finally got a clear response, which was a little frustrating. To be fair, they did help me sort things out in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not terrible, but not especially impressive either

"Felt like a good buy right away"
I ordered from pinklaura.com and had a good feeling about it as soon as I opened the package. The quality was better than I expected, the material feels really nice, and the stitching looks clean. It doesn’t have that cheap feel at all. I’ve used it a few times now and still feel like I made the right choice. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Runs much smaller than expected"
I ordered my usual size since that’s worked for me with similar items in the past, but this one was way too small. I even checked the size chart beforehand, and it still didn’t really help. Frustrating because I was expecting a normal fit
